various bugfixes, including visual fixes for the buttons in level select 2

the whole game is rebalanced to be harder in the marsh and easier in the desert levels

there are new things to unlock in the garden!

there is also now passive nutrient generation which makes earlier levels easier, and pea plant combinations were buffed
